b. The Client: Any party (individual or company) that receives our services or signs a service agreement
c. Agreement/Contract: The service agreement or contract between the Client and Salient Links Corporate Services, under the following terms and conditions.
All proposed offers and requested quotations from The Salient Links Corporate Services are non-obligatory requests, giving the requested information to The Client. The Salient Links Corporate Services will be entitled to be paid for all services rendered on behalf of The Client if any of the following happens;
a). The Client fails to provide requested information or documents after a service contract is signed.
b). The Client provides any false, fake, or illegal information or documents to avail any consulting services from the Salient Links Corporate Services.
Any proposed offers, requested quotations, and submitted service contracts/agreements from the Salient Links Corporate Services remain valid for the time period mentioned in these offers and quotations. However, The Client can request an extension subject to the final approval from The Salient Links Corporate Services.
The Salient Links Corporate Services may terminate a service agreement upon written notice to The Client if, among other things, The Client fails to honor the terms of the agreement, The Client fails to cooperate or follow The Salient Links Corporate Services' advice. Upon termination, The Salient Links Corporate Services will be entitled to be paid for all services rendered on behalf of The Client to that date.
The Client shall have the right at any time to terminate The Salient Links Corporate Services' services upon written notice to The Salient Links Corporate Services. Such termination shall not, however, relieve The Client of the obligation to pay for all services rendered on behalf of The Client prior to the date of such termination.
The Salient Links Corporate Services is not a law firm, and therefore, all legal services that come from our associated service providers do not make us liable for any legal disputes between our clients and associated service providers (corporate lawyers, freelancers, partner companies, tax advisors, banking advisors, or any other service provider from our global network).
As an intermediary service provider company, The Salient Links Corporate Services works with professional and reliable local businesses to source the best possible solutions for its international clients. Here at The Salient Links Corporate Services, we may serve our clients through our international network of associated service providers (lawyers, bankers, tax advisors, business consultants, etc.). We may also invoice our clients based on our exclusive service agreements with our associated partners, and therefore, our associated partners have no right to disclose these agreements to our clients.
The Salient Links Corporate Services will never ask The Client for any financial or sensitive information for its personal use, and therefore, The Salient Links Corporate Services does not take any responsibility for such information being disclosed to or misused by any of our associated partners or third parties. The Client shall be solely and fully responsible towards third parties for debts or financial obligations.
The Salient Links Corporate Services shall not bear or be liable to the client or third parties for any civil responsibility or financial obligations related to the business and activity of The Client inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation of the provisions of any service contract between The Salient Links Corporate Services and The Client shall be amicably settled, failing which, local courts of the United Arab Emirates shall be the competent authority to settle the same under relevant UAE Laws.
Our associated lawyers, bankers, tax advisors, business consultants, and any other service providers at The Salient Links Corporate Services reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your service request immediately and without prior notice at our sole discretion. We may modify, limit, change, discontinue, or replace the website(s) when and where needed. By using or continuing to use our website(s) after such revisions have come into effect, you agree to be bound by and follow the revised Terms and Conditions.
